I was reading a magazine that my friends sister borrowed me, and it had a section of 'it' girls. It sort of annoyed me because an It Girl is supposed to be something that is rare, not a whole breed of It Girls. There was at least 7 of them..and it just made me think that that term 'it girl' is overused and overrated now days. When Edie Sedgwick or Audrey Hepburn were named It Girls, they weren't amongst a whole crowd of other It Girls.
I get annoyed with the society of today, there is no body you can really call your idol, I wish I could have been alive in the late 60's/late 70's, so I wouldn't have to watch films wishfully, but would be able to be living it. There is a small bit of hope glimmering in the distance though, there are a new wave of people who really don't give a fuck, like Coco Sumner or Cory Kennedy, who don't dress for the public or for anyone else for that matter, or want to become part of a famous pop culture. I admire people like that, I want more.

I got boat shoes! Finally! 4 pound in Primark :)
I have packed up all my clothes to go to my nans. I'm a bit sad, I won't be at home, I don't really wanna leave. Now I'm watching the Xtra Factor because there is nothing on tv, and quite frankly it's getting pretty pathetic. There are so many reality shows now, and the people never really get famous from them, it's so stupid. There are reality shows about people getting married and other people judging how their wedding went. Lame.
